Desert Owl Games is very happy to announce the availability of the Void Rim February update!
This is Void Rim's biggest update since the launch of our public beta, and we can't wait for you to jump in and play! Here are just a few of the included new features/changes:
• Skirmish Mode: Play against a computer controlled opponent! No more waiting to find a game!
• Redemption Codes: Subscribe to one or more of our social feeds for your chance to grab and redeem a VOID RIM CODE (limited availability)!
• Tutorial Videos: Access our all new tutorial videos section inside the game!
• Phase Update: You may now unlock tech in any phase and loadouts have been moved to lower game interface.
• Weapon Forge: Forge your unused inventory to make bigger and better weapons!

Void Rim Wiki Launched

The Void Rim wiki is now available!
The wiki is intended to be a helpful, central resource for any kind of information relevant to the Void Rim game and its community. Almost every page is openly editable and we encourage our players to take the opportunity to contribute in whatever way they see fit. This could be anything from trips and tricks, to full game guides, to live documentation.
As a start, we have imported all of our core tech data straight from the Void Rim database as a reference. This includes complete character, command, research, structure, power, and weapon information and will be automatically updated from time to time.
We can't wait to see what you start working on!
Void Rim Public Beta Open

Desert Owl Games is very happy to announce the opening of the Void Rim public beta. Please take a moment to register a FREE Void Rim game account. You can then immediately download the game and start playing using one of our three sample faction loadouts. You will also receive $25.00 in free in-game credit and 2500 gold to spend in our store.
You should also consider becoming a member of the Void Rim community by creating an account on our forums. There you can leave feedback, report bugs, or ask questions while also interacting with the Void Rim development team.
Public Beta Pre-Registration Open

We have opened pre-registration for the Void Rim public beta. Register now to be among the first Void Rim champions to secure your battle name! Registration is FREE and takes only a few seconds to complete.
Please note that while registration is now open, access will be limited to the website until the official launch of the game's public beta, at which point e-mails will be sent notifying players when and where they may download the game client and begin playing!

We're pleased to announce the Void Rim public beta is almost here! The public beta will be open to anyone who registers (spread the word!) and will bring the full Void Rim experience to everyone that participates.
